Posters
Poster contributions must be A0 size ($841\text{ mm} \times 1189\text{ mm}$) and in portrait orientation.
Display boards will be available in the "Galleria della Scienza" starting on the first day of the conference, and presenters are welcome to mount their posters as soon as they arrive. The official poster session is scheduled for June 18th, during which presenters are requested to stand by their displays to discuss their work with attendees.
⚠️ Important: Please be advised that the conference does not provide on-site printing services. All presenters must print their posters in advance and bring them to the venue.
Flash Talks
In addition to the poster session, presenters will deliver a short flash talk on June 18th. These presentations are strictly limited to a maximum of two slides.
All flash talk slides must be saved in PDF format and uploaded to your individual Indico page no later than Wednesday, June 17th.
