You can register using the Registration Form.
Deadline
The deadline is 19th June 2026(JST).
Registration Fee
Registration fee is 10,000JPY.
SI2026 is partly supported by APCTP (Asia Pacific Center for Theoretical Physics), and participation fees are waived for APCTP members.
We may provide support for the registration fee for students and other young people. We will contact the relevant participants when it is fixed.
Abstract submission for your presentation
You can also submit your presentation for the workshop using the same form.
The slots for the short talks are limited. The Program Committee will review the submissions and decide whether each will be assigned as an oral or a poster presentation.
Accommodation and Meals
You can order accommodation and/or meals on Fuji calm via the registration form.
Due to limited capacity at Fuji Calm, we may close lodging and meal registration early if demand appears overwhelming.
Note that you cannot cancel accommodation or meals on-site. Please order them carefully.
Payment of the fees (registration, accommodation, and meals)
After registration closes, we calculate the total fees and email the invoice and payment instructions in early July.
Please follow the instructions and complete the payment by mid-July.
