Prebooked accommodation is available, limited to 30 Single Ensuite Bed&Breakfast Rooms at Trinity College and can be reserved optionally for an additional £111 per night / room.
Note that payments need to be made via the University of Oxford online store within two weeks of registering to reserve the place.
Important dates:
Student registration (to be eligible for significantly reduced student fees) until 30 June 2026
Early bird fee until 31 July 2026: £200
Regular registration fee from 1 August 2026: £250
Registration and the online store for the workshop will close on 4 September 2026.
Note that payments made via the online store should be considered non-refundable.
