Submission deadline
The abstract submission deadline is June 24th, 2026, for talks and posters (both deadlines at 23:59 BRT).
Participants interested in having a contribution to any session in RPC2026 should submit the abstracts for talks and posters via the abstract submission system on the RPC2026 indico website. All contributions will be judged by the corresponding conveners and authors will be notified about the acceptance/rejection of their abstracts by July 22nd, 2026.
Important
The abstract submission does NOT guarantee the participant's registration to RPC2026. Please follow the instructions below for submit your abstract. All speakers and poster presenters have to be registered in indico.
Instructions for abstract submission
Click the "Submit a new abstract" button below to submit an abstract for a talk in a parallel session or a poster. All submitters will be asked to be authenticated.
Participants holders of an indico account at CERN can log in with your Username or e-mail Address and password, as usual. If you do not have an indico account at CERN, you must create a Guest Account. (Instructions here)
