Exhibition Program – RT2026
The main exhibition program for RT2026 will take place during the conference week, from Monday to Thursday.
Exhibition Stands
An exhibition area will be set up with 4×2 m² stands, each equipped with a table, chairs, electrical power, and networking.
Reservations will be on a first-come, first-served basis, so please do not delay in submitting your request when opened!
To book an exhibition space, please register using the EXHIBITOR Registration Form that will be available on the Registration page.
All personnel attending must register individually using the Limited/Special Registration Form.

Commercial Material
Light promotional material—such as flyers, commercial pages, multimedia, etc.—can be included in the conference kit (max 200 copies provided by the company).
Please do not send bulky catalogs.
Company Logo
Your company logo will be published on the conference website and advertised during all events sponsored by your company.
These advertising options can be combined in various ways to best suit your marketing strategy.
Exhibition Fees
The Standard Exhibition Fee includes:

Fees will be listed on the Registration Info page when available.
Additional participants will be charged the standard conference fee.
