All participants (including attendees, speakers, organizers, and staff) are expected to contribute to a professional and collegial atmosphere throughout the conference.
Expected Behaviour
Participants are expected to treat each other with courtesy, respect, and professionalism at all times.
In particular:

Engage constructively in scientific discussions and debate ideas, not individuals

Use appropriate and inclusive language

Allow others the opportunity to speak and be heard
Unacceptable Behaviour
Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Offensive or exclusionary comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, nationality, religion, or career stage

Sexual harassment, including unwelcome advances, comments, or physical contact

Intimidation, bullying, or sustained disruption of talks or discussions

Photography or recording of individuals without their consent
Reporting and Response
If you experience or witness behaviour that violates this Code of Conduct, please contact the organizers.
Reports will be handled promptly, confidentially, and with appropriate care for all parties involved
The organizing committee may take appropriate actions, including:

Warning the individual

Removal from specific sessions

Expulsion from the conference without refund
