ACCOMMODATION
The conference organizers have reserved a block of rooms at the designated conference hotel, the North China Hotel (West Lake). All room bookings will be handled by the organizing committee. Participants are required to state their hotel preference when completing the registration form.
Accommodation is available at a flat rate of per night which is 500 CNY, whether for single or double occupancy. Participants are supposed to specify their roommate in the registration form if a double room is required. For participants wishing to secure their own lodging, a number of alternative hotels are available in the local area. If you choose this option, please make your booking directly and indicate "no accommodation" on the registration form.
