Registration
Two registration options are available to suit different preferences:
Residential Registration (accommodation included) includes on-campus accommodation in a private single room with shared bathroom facilities. A limited number of en-suite rooms are also available. All accommodations are within a few minutes’ walking distance of the conference venue.
Off-Campus Registration (no accommodation included) is available for delegates who prefer to stay in local hotels. If you select this registration option, you are responsible for organising your own accommodation and transport to the conference venue each day. Some accommodation options are listed on Booking.com and Visit Wagga Wagga. Further details on transportation options between Wagga Wagga central and the conference venue can be found on the Travel information page.
All registration types include:
- Admission to all oral and poster sessions
- Welcome reception
- Conference dinner
- Social events (e.g., wine tasting and trivia night)
- Lunches from Tuesday to Friday
- Daily morning and afternoon tea.
Residential registration additionally includes:
- Dinners from Monday to Thursday
- Breakfasts from Tuesday to Friday
Notes:
PhD and Masters students need to indicate proof of student status (student ID uploaded)
