Harassment, discrimination, and inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated. This includes:
- Offensive verbal comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, or religion.
- Unwanted attention, intimidation, or stalking.
- Disruptive behaviour that interferes with presentations, discussions, or conference activities.
Reporting a Concern
If you experience or witness any behaviour that violates this Code of Conduct, you are encouraged to report it confidentially to the Organising Committee. The organisers will handle all reports with discretion and take appropriate action to ensure a safe environment for all participants.
By attending ENAA XXXV, all participants agree to uphold these principles and contribute to a respectful and inclusive community.
