Registration fees
The registration fee includes coffee breaks, access to the scientific programme, and the conference dinner.
Regular: 70 EUR
SPA member: 60 EUR
Students: 40 EUR
If you are only participating in the Sessão de Comunicação e Educação, the registration fees are as follows:
Sessão de Comunicação e Educação: 15 EUR
Sessão + Conference dinner: 40 EUR
After submitting the registration form, please wait for approval before proceeding with the payment (you will receive a confirmation email). Registration is only considered complete once the conference fee has been paid.
Payment
All fees must be paid in Euros (€) and without additional charges to the beneficiary.
Please clearly indicate the participant's name in the payment reference. Send a copy of the bank transfer receipt to enaa@sp-astronomia.pt with the subject line "ENAA 2025 - [Participant's Name]", to help identify your payment.

Invoices
Only digital invoices will be issued. The invoice will be generated after the payment is confirmed and sent via email.
To receive an invoice, please provide the following details:
- Participant's full name
- Institution name
- Institution address
- Institution VAT number
- Any other relevant information
The invoice/receipt will be emailed after processing.
