Oral Presentations
- 25-min length: 20 mins for presentation and 5 mins for Q&A
- 20-min length: 17 mins for presentation and 3 mins for Q&A
- Indico Submission:
- Please create an account with your registered email address in Indico Global and log in (this is a different platform compared to CERN or BNL Indico).
- Upload to Indico under "My Contributions".
- Deadline: Upload to Indico the evening before your presentation.
Poster Presentations
- Format:
- Dimensions: Portrait format, max 96 cm (width) x 146 cm (height).
- Focus on clarity, simplicity, and high-contrast visuals, using a 16/9 ratio or similar, with readable fonts (minimum 24-point).
- Indico Submission:
- Please create an account with your registered email address in Indico Global and log in (this is a different platform compared to CERN or BNL Indico).
- Upload to Indico under "My Contributions".
- Deadline: Upload to Indico by Sunday, March 22nd, 11:59pm PDT.

Poster setup:
- Find your designated board according to the poster ID card attached.
- The best would be Tuesday afternoon during the Reception.
- Poster session: Wednesday 2-4pm
- Look for your poster in the poster room.
- Pleaes remove your poster after the poster session.
- Poster printing at UCLA:
- ASUCLA Bruin Custom Print Shop (Ackerman Union on the A-Level)
- Please email: custom@asucla.ucla.edu
- Cost: 3'x4': $30, other size: $2.50 per sq. ft.
- Due to the high volumne of posters being printed, you should allow for ample turnaround time!
