The conference fee covers
- Participation in UPC2025
- Accommondation at the conference hotel (June 8 - June 14, 2025)
- If you are arriving earlier or leaving later, please contact the hotel directly to extend your stay with the negotiated conference rate
- Breakfast every morning
- Lunches, dinners and coffee breaks for June 9 - June 13
The organizes will take care of organizing accommodation with the hotel based on the information provided in the Indico registration form. Do not respond to potential spam related to accommondation or transfer services!
Please note that excursion is not included in the conference fee. Different excusion options will be announced later.
The conference fee is
- 800€ in a shared room
- 1100€ in a private room
Payments are processed using a separate website, not Indico. See Fee Payment page for details. Payment has to be received before the deadline, otherwise the registration is cancelled.
