Submission deadline
The abstracts (not exceeding 1200 characters including spaces) should be submitted after having created an account here.
The opening date for the abstract submission is 18th of March 2024 and submission will be accepted through 20th of June 2024. Abstracts submitted after this date will not be considered for oral presentations but may still be presented as poster.
The abstracts will be approved by the scientific advisory committee and communication will be given to the submitting author.
The process of abstract approval and assignment of presentation mode will be completed by 30th of June.
Submission of an abstract does not automatically imply a registration to the workshop. Workshop participants must register separately following the procedure.
For each abstract, the presenter must register to the workshop.
The registration deadline is the 15th of August.
