From Airport how to reach Conference Location (Hotels Around) by using METRO
1). Being inside the Airport: Look for (“best exit”) Exit Number 3
2). Cross the street and (on the left-hand side) follow the stairs up.
3). On the bridge, turn right to reach the METRO ticket-station. Regular ticket to “Panepistimiou” station (Conference-Hall Location) costs 9:00 Euros (for older than 65 y costs 4.50 Euros).
4). Choose (go down the stairs) blue-line METRO to “Syntagma” square station.
5). Change (being underground) to red-line METRO: Be careful to choose line-direction to “Anthoupoli”.
6). Dropout (next station) “Panepistimiou” station.
7). Choose exit (being underground) to “Akadimia” side (direction).
From Conference Location (and Hotels around) how to reach Airport by using METRO
1). From “Panepistimiou 30” (Conference-Hall Location) take the red-line METRO, direction to “Elliniko”, and exit (next station) at “Syntagma” station.
2). Change (being underground) to blue-line METRO, direction to Airport. Be careful to take the METRO with the “Airplane sign” (direct-line to Airport) and NOT the one with the indication to “Doukisis Plakentias”.
3). Get out at the (End-Station) “Airport” station.
