Lodging

Student/postdoc Lodging:

  • There are funds available to support lodging for students and postdocs who give talks in individual rooms.  To be eligible for these funds students/postdocs must register, please submit a talk abstract by midnight CDT March 1, 2022.  Preference will be given to regional theoretical particle physics students/postdocs.  However, provided funds are available, we will support the lodging of additional students/postdocs.

  • After the abstract deadline has passed, the organizers will make reservations for the students/postdocs at the Hampton Inn.  Once reservations are completed, students/postdocs will be notified.

Faculty Lodging:

  • We have a block of 10 king rooms at the Hampton Inn have been reserved for faculty for the nights of April 1, 2022, and April 2, 2022, at the rate of $129/night.  These rooms will be held until March 4, 2022, for the group rate. You can call for reservations at (785) 841-4994 and indicate that you are attending Particle Physics on the Plains with the University of Kansas Department of Physics & Astronomy.
