Submission deadline
All abstracts submitted must use the form provided and meet the IEEE standards of originality and quality. Abstracts are limited to 500 words and should explicitly indicate the elements of the research that are new (in contrast to previous abstracts submitted to other conferences)— this will aid in the abstract review process.
Abstracts will be reviewed by the program committee and authors will be notified of acceptance and of the presentation format (oral or poster) by December 7th, 2018. Once abstracts have been officially accepted for presentation at SOFE 2019, registered participants will be allowed to submit their presentations and posters via this website, which will constitute the proceedings of this symposium. Full length papers will be submitted to IEEE Transactions on Plasma Science.

The organizing committee will expedite a decision for your submission to allow you to start the visa process sooner. If you choose "Yes" for early consideration, the organizing committee will contact you with additional information.
