Upon arrival to CIEMAT you will have to pass by the security guard box. You will be asked to show an identity card/passport and a badge card will be issued. Please, wear it visibly during the whole duration of the meeting. Please, have in mind that access formalities may take some time. From 8:45 am some of us will be there to show you the way to the meeting place.
