Please note that there will be a small registration fee (80 pounds) to cover catering costs. Registered participants will be contacted by us at a later time with information on how to make the payment. Please be wary of phishing emails, and ensure the payment link is sent by a Tales of Gravity organiser.
Support for UK Cosmo participation
UK-based participants that choose to attend only the Monday and Tuesday sessions (UK Cosmo) are exempted from the registration fee, and for those attending also the later days there is an optional fee reduction to 40 pounds. They are also eligible for reimbursement of travel, and accommodation costs for the first two days.
