Invited Network Node Representatives
For invited representatives of the Network Nodes, accommodation will be arranged and covered by the organizers at the meeting venue, the Mandarin Hotel Bangkok.
- Important Note: Please do not book the hotel yourself. Accommodation for invited guests will be managed directly by the organizing committee.

Self-Arranged Accommodation
Participants may arrange their own accommodation. However, we highly recommend staying in the Sam Yan, Surawong, Silom, or Siam areas for convenient MRT/BTS access to the venue. If you stay elsewhere, please notify the organizers of your accommodation details for our records.

On occasion, travel agents may collect participant names from conference webpages and contact participants with unsolicited travel assistance or hotel-booking offers. APCTP HECAP Network has not authorized any such agents or services, and we advise participants not to use them.
