  Please, state the name of the participant clearly on the payment and then send a copy of the bank transfer to the TXRF 2027 organisation, include the participant's name and the reference to the conference in the form "Name Surname TXRF2027", so that the payment of each participant can be identified more easily.

  After the payment processing is completed, a confirmation will be sent to you. If you would like to have the receipt of your registration, you will receive it after payment or at the conference's registration desk, for on-site payment.

  Cancellation

  Registrations may be cancelled until 1st of June, in which case a partial refund of 70% of the payed fees will be done. It will not be possible to offer any refunds on cancellations received after that date.
