Persons with special needs are those who are already at a disadvantaged position by their various handicapping conditions such as impaired or total loss of sight, speech, hearing and mobility. They could also be confronted with the inability to process information and learn like other regular students.Hence. this study will investigate Special Teachers' Attitude towards Digital pedagogy and teaching in Ibadan, Oyo State. Three research questions will be raised for consideration in this paper. The descriptive survey research design will be adopted and one hundred and twenty special teachers will be randomly selected from five public schools in Ibadan, Oyo State Nigeria. A questionnaire on teachers' attitude towards Digital pedagogy and teaching of learners with special needs (TATDIPT - LSN) made up of fifteen test items will be used. The Pearson Product Moment Correlation, Mean and Standard Deviation will be used to analyze the data obtained from this study.
