The researcher used a mixed-method survey design covering 1200 academic staff and 480 qualitative participants. Results suggest that adopting digital pedagogy predict positive students’ engagement, performance, critical thinking and collaboration. Thematic findings indicate that teaching innovation makes learning flexible and personalized along with interactive classroom teaching.
