Partial support for Early Career PhD Student
PANE-2026 is committed to supporting PhD students at the early stage of their doctoral studies. A limited number of support grants (e.g., registration fee waiver / travel or accommodation support) will be available, subject to availability of funds
Eligibility
- Currently enrolled PhD student, within the first two years of their doctorate
- Presenting author of an abstract accepted for PANE-2026
- Not currently receiving any fellowship or funded project support
- Applications must be accompanied by a recommendation from the PhD supervisor.
How to Apply
Interested applicants should fill out the Application Form (Google Form), which includes uploading a signed and sealed recommendation letter from their supervisor.

Please note:
- The recommendation letter must be signed by the supervisor and bear the official seal/stamp
- Scanned copies (PDF or clear image) are accepted
- Incomplete applications (missing signature/seal) may not be considered
- Submission of an application does not guarantee financial support. Support will be provided to a limited number of eligible applicants based on the availability of funds and the decision of the Organizing Committee.
