Abstract:

This workshop offers a comprehensive overview of Elsevier and its various products, including an introduction to Elsevier's High Energy Physics portfolio and the key features that support researchers in this field. Participants will gain valuable insights into our commitment to research integrity and publishing ethics, fostering responsible and transparent scholarly communication. The session will also cover Elsevier's AI policies and recent updates, highlighting how technological advancements are being integrated into our publishing practices. Designed to equip authors with essential knowledge, this workshop aims to promote best practices and enhance their overall publishing experience with Elsevier.

  Short Biography: Dr. Tanur Sinha was born and raised in Silchar, Assam, India. She completed her PhD at the National Institute of Technology, Silchar in 2017, after which she went on to hold postdoctoral positions at IIT Bombay and CSIR–NCL Pune under the SERB-NPDF scheme. She subsequently received the prestigious Newton International Fellowship by the Royal Society at the University of Bristol, UK in 2020. She has authored 20 research articles and has presented her work at several national and international conferences.
  
  Following the completion of her Newton Fellowship in November 2022, Dr. Sinha transitioned into academic publishing and has been serving as a Publisher in High Energy Physics at Elsevier since January 2023, where she currently oversees a portfolio of 15 Physics journals.
  
  Interestingly in 2025 her portrait was featured in the Royal Society's distinguished 'Women in STEM' exhibit, commemorating 80 years since the first woman was elected as a Fellow of the Royal Society (FRS).
