Budget information: The budget has been prepared assuming 50 participants, which results in a preliminary registration fee of 1200 SEK, and with an additional preliminary cost for the conference dinner of 800 SEK. We will this year use the funding approach established since a long time by the Nuclear Physics section for their annual meetings. The final registration fee will be calculated after the registration period is closed and it will be based on the actual number of registered participants. It can therefore deviate from the numbers indicated above. Each institution will then be billed after the meeting by Lund University according to its number of participants. This method ensures that the organization costs are exactly covered and shared fairly.
