The Mathematics and Computation in Music Conference Series is a biennial international conference occurring alternatingly in Europe and the Americas. The conference encourages submissions of new, previously unpublished papers that explore and debate practical or theoretical approaches to mathematical and/or computational music modeling, creation, and application. The conference welcomes an interdisciplinary scope engaging fields within mathematics, engineering, cognition, and music.
To give a talk, poster, or communication-performance in this conference series, the new paper must be refereed and accepted in advance of the conference. The talk, poster, or communication-performance is about the accepted paper. The deadline for paper submission is usually in early or mid January (approximately 6 months before the conference).
