Public Mandatory Rules

1. Identity Requirement: If you are a student, you must provide a recommendation letter from your advisor and send it to Auttakit Chatrabhuti.

2. Payment Requirement: The registration fee of 1,000 RMB must be paid by July 5, and proof of payment (invoice) submitted to Auttakit Chatrabhuti. Late payment will be considered a voluntary forfeiture of the quota.

3. Insurance Requirement: All foreign participants must purchase personal insurance to cover the entire trip from their departure location to China and back. Proof of the insurance policy must be submitted to Auttakit Chatrabhuti.

4. Equipment Requirements: Participants need to bring their own laptops.

5. Communication Requirement: Install WeChat in advance and later join the official WeChat group to receive notifications.

6. Attendance Notice: Participants must comply with the unified scheduling and arrangements of the organizing committee for the entire study, visit, and travel program.

Registration Process

There are two steps to the registration process:

  1. Conference Registration through this indico platform
    • Registration opens on June 5, 2026 until June 25, 2026 (23:59 BKK time). Your registration ID will serve as the payment reference number.
    • After you submit the registration form, the status will be Awaiting approvalIt will be updated to 'Complete' once the payment is complete. This may take a few days after your payment depending on the payment method.
  2. Payment after being selected for the school
    We will announce the list of selected participants by 28 June 2026.
    • We accept payments via both Alipay (QRcode) and bank transfer.
    • The registration fee for a student is 1,000 RMB.
    • Completion of payment involves either attaching proof the Alipay or the proof of the bank transfer within the specified time frame. This must be submitted to Auttakit Chatrabhuti via email before the confirmation (and payment) at:

      Please use the subject line:

      “Sino-Thai School 26: ID[Your Indico registration ID] [Your Name]”

    • The deadling for submitting the payment confirmation is 5 July 2026.
