A 4-day interactive and engaging (yet light) event at IPAC2026 !

IUPAP Working Group 14 (WG14) fosters global collaboration in accelerator science, combining technical excellence, inclusivity, and a strong network. We proudly support IPAC events and aim to highlight the societal impact of accelerator technologies.

A Hackathonino, a hackathon-style event during IPAC2026, serving as a proof of concept with the goal of establishing it as a recurring feature at future IPACs !

–> Lunch boxes will be provided Sunday and cash prizes will be awared to the best student presentations on Wednesday May 20 !

 

The first Students (S) to register will be selected to participate in this engaging 4-day activity.

Mentors (M) (Expert Advisers) and Companies (C) are also encouraged to register (please indicate your role by adding the relevant letter before your first name).

2 Mentor–Mentee Networking Session

While students can interact directly with the Industrial section from their IPAC booth, mentors are warmly encouraged to guide them during the 15:00–18:00 time window, including the poster sessions, where additional discussions can naturally emerge around the presented work.
