Poster PDF and Video
Upload your poster PDF and a 1–3 minute MP4 video to your Indico contribution entry by Tuesday, October 20, at 6:00 p.m.
Both must match the title and content of your accepted abstract. Use Zoom or similar software to record a brief introduction to your poster, including:

Poster contribution number

Presenter’s Slack username and email address

Whether the presenter identifies as early-career (broadly defined)
Videos will play on a loop during coffee breaks and the poster session and will be shared through the meeting’s Zoom session. Attendees will be encouraged to explore details on Indico and contact presenters via Slack. Videos are for discussion only and will not be judged.
Poster Setup and Presentation

Size: Posters best fit within a 24" × 36" area in portrait or landscape orientation.

Materials: Easels and push pins or similar mounting hardware will be provided.

Setup: Set up during a coffee or lunch break on October 20, at least 30 minutes before the poster session begins.

Attendance: Remain with your poster throughout the session.
- Takedown: Remove your poster by Friday, October 23, before 12:00 p.m.

Drink tickets: Distribute tickets to attendees who engage with you about your poster.
Award Eligibility
Only posters presented in person and uploaded by the deadline are eligible for awards. Judging will be based solely on the in-person poster presentation, not the video.
