Description

This talk will present recent progress on demonstrable logarithmic accuracy in the PanScales parton shower project. It will discuss NNLL showers for colour-singlet processes with initial-state hadrons, and the extension of NNLL accuracy for event-shape-like and non-global observables to both PanGlobal and PanLocal showers, in a framework that consistently includes spin correlations. Finally, it will discuss how NLL accuracy is achieved for processes with heavy quarks in the final state.
