Getting to Zagreb
The Franjo Tuđman International Airport in Zagreb is well connected with major European cities.
Zagreb can also be reached by car. If participants are coming by car, they can park the car at the Institute without any fee.
Getting to Zagreb city from the airport
From the airport, it is recommended to take an uber/bolt/wizi to come to the city. After coming out at the arrival lobby, one has to go out and take the escalator/elevator to go to the departure floor (kiss and fly zone) in order to book the online taxis. The fare is around 10 - 20 EUR.
There is also a shuttle bus from the airport to the Zagreb bus station. Ticket can be purchased in the bus with a bank card. The fare is 8 EUR.
One can also take Zagreb city bus (ZET) to come to the city. The fare is 1.06 EUR if purchased via the ZET mobile application or at a kiosk. Ticket can be also purchased in the bus with cash with a slightly higher price.
Getting to IRB from the city
IRB is located in the north part of the city very near to the centar. There are several and frequent bus lines which connect the institute to the different locations in the city.
Accommodation
Participants needs to arrange their own accommodation. IRB is located near to the Zagreb city center, so any place around center should be fine.
