Conference cruise and dinner:
The scenery of Finland is dominated by lakes, we have approximately 187 000* of them. That is a lake for every 30 residents. On this conference cruise you get to experience two of them. The first one, Lake Jyväsjärvi is surrounded by the city of Jyväskylä. We will board the vessel m/s Suomen Suvi conveniently from the hotel Alba docks. The cruise will proceed to the other end of lake Jyväsjärvi, and through a narrow passage of Äijälänsalmi to the lake Päijänne, the second-biggest lake of Finland. The cruise will end in Savutuvan Apaja, a 250-year-old scenic farming and fishing village by the shore of Päijänne. The Savutuvan Apaja will be the venue of the conference dinner.
