Financial Support
During registration you will be able to apply for financial support for accommodation and travel costs. Getting To Wrocław
You can get to Wrocław by direct plane from most European countries, it is also well-connected by train and by coach.
We also follow the COST Action’s sustainability recommendations: For distances that can be reached within roughly 8 hours by train or bus from Wroclaw (e.g. Berlin, Hamburg, Hanover, Prague, Vienna, Warsaw,, …), we strongly encourage ground travel. For regions where rail connections to Poland are impractical (for example parts of southern or western Europe), combinations of flights between major hubs and train connections to/from smaller cities are encouraged. When air travel is unavoidable, we kindly ask you to include carbon offsetting during the booking process.
In case you are an invited speaker or receive financial support for your travel, the guidelines are compulsory in order to receive reimbursement.
