Tallinn airport, with direct flights to many European cities, is 2 hours from Tartu city centre by bus, train, or car. Visit www.tpilet.ee/en for bus tickets and timetables (direct from the airport terminal), or www.elron.ee/en for information on trains (from Ülemiste station, 14 minute walk from the airport terminal).
Tartu airport is a small regional airport with daily direct flights to Helsinki. It is 20 minutes by taxi or 30 minutes by bus from the town centre.
The Institute of Physics is a short bus journey or a 40 minute walk from the town centre - parking is available for guests who arrive by car.
When planning your travel, keep in mind that the programme starts in the morning on July 28th, and lasts until the evening of July 30th.
