The registration fees cover
- Attendance to the talks and documentation.
- Lunch and coffee-breaks on July 28th, 29th, and 30th.

* The participation fee can be waived under special circumstances / financial hardship. Please contact the organizers directly for further information.
The registration fees are non-refundable. Following the University of Tartu guidelines, participation of researchers or students with affiliations to Russian and Belarusian institutions is accepted on the basis of individual invitation only.
Attendees are responsible for booking their own travel and accommodation.

Your registration will only be valid after payment of the corresponding fee.
Deadline for registration: until all available places are filled.
Abstracts
Participants are invited to submit an abstract for a poster or an oral presentation. Please note that only a small number of slots for contributed oral presentations are available. NB! After registration closes, only abstracts from participants who have already registered will be considered.
