Session times and punctuality
Perth is an early-starting city and does not observe daylight saving. All workshop times are in Australian Western Standard Time (AWST, UTC+8), with morning sessions starting as early as 8:30 am. Please check the timetable and arrive before your session begins.
The venue is hired for specific hours each day, so sessions must finish at their scheduled times. Please keep strictly to your allocated speaking time, allowing time for questions within your presentation slot. Session chairs will enforce the time limits.
Note: Invited Talks are 20 mins including question time, and Contributed Talks are 15 mins including question time.
Presentation files
Please upload your slides to the conference computer before your session, preferably in PDF or PowerPoint format. Arrive early enough to check that your presentation displays correctly, particularly if it includes videos, animations, or unusual fonts.
You may also upload your slides to your contribution page on Indico. If you do so, please confirm before your session that the correct version is available on the conference computer.
