Description
The XENONnT experiment operates a dual-phase liquid xenon time projection chamber at the INFN Laboratori Nazionali del Gran Sasso, designed primarily to search for weakly interacting massive particles (WIMPs). Thanks to its ultra-low background rate and low energy threshold, XENONnT is also uniquely sensitive to a wide range of rare processes, including coherent elastic neutrino-nucleus scattering (CEvNS) from solar boron-8 neutrinos, sub-GeV dark matter searches, neutrinoless double beta decay and others.
In this talk, I will present the latest results from XENONnT, highlighting its ongoing efforts to probe dark matter interactions and rare event phenomena. The discussion will include recent advancements and the experiment’s expanding sensitivity to both high- and low-mass dark matter candidates.
