Description
The UK is at the forefront of the global experimental neutrino physics programme, contributing crucial components to the design, construction, operation and physics exploitation of the experiments investigating long-baseline oscillations, short-baseline precision physics, neutrino mass measurements, and neutrino astronomy. Over the next few decades, this sector will advance our understanding of the fundamental nature of the universe by determining the magnitude of CP-violation in the lepton sector, the absolute values and ordering of the neutrino masses, and exploring beyond the Standard Model. This talk will present an overview of this vast research portfolio and spotlight the substantive UK-led contributions.
