Reaching Birmingham
There are regular connections to Birmingham New Street (Birmingham's main rail hub) from all parts of the UK. Travel times by train are below 2 hours from Bristol, London, Liverpool, and Manchester, and under about 4 hours from Edinburgh, Glasgow, and Newcastle.
Birmingham New Street or City Centre to University
The University of Birmingham Edgbaston campus has its own railway station called "University" [UNI]. There are about 6 trains per hour from Birmingham New Street to University. Each of these trains takes approximately 10 minutes of travel time.
The station is about a 8 minute walk from the meeting venue, which is the Arts Building Lecture Room 8 (301) (see image below).
Travelling by Car
You are welcome to park in the North East Car Park (postcode B15 2SA). The car park is a 5 minute walk from the meeting venue (see below).
