By registering for the ÖAW AI Winter School 2026 you acknowledge that there is a school fee of 50,-€, which you have to pay upon acceptance for the school. This fee includes daily coffee breaks and a social dinner.
Transfer of the school fee should happen immediately once you receive an acceptance notification. If you are an employee of the ÖAW, you should do pay via "interne Umbuchung" to an "Innenauftrag". If you are not part of ÖAW, you can pay via bank transfer. Detailed data for the bank transfer / the "Innenauftrag" will be included in the acceptance notification.
