The meeting will take place at the lovely Frimley Hall Hotel and Spa, Camberley, Surrey, England: https://www.macdonaldhotels.co.uk/frimley-hall
The hotel includes spa facilities (a swimming pool, sauna and steam room) that we are welcome to use between the hours of 6 am and 9 pm, so remember to pack your swimsuits!
Management meetings will be held on the morning of Wednesday the 21st of January. The full collaboration meeting will start at 2 pm on Wednesday the 21st and continue until 3 pm on Friday the 23rd of January. You may arrive on either the afternoon/evening of Tuesday the 20th of January or on the morning of Wednesday the 21st of January. Dinner will be provided on Tuesday the 20th at x pm. Please indicate your arrival date during the meeting registration.
Depending on your arrival date, the stay includes:
- Two or three nights of accommodation in a single room
- Two or three breakfasts
- Two or three lunches
- Refreshments for meeting breaks
- Two or three dinners (including a banquet on either Wednesday the 21st or Thursday the 22nd - TBC)
- Access to the onsite spa facilities
Getting here:
If travelling by plane, the easiest airport to come to is Heathrow airport. If travelling by train, the closest train station to the hotel is Camberley (South Western Railway).
From Heathrow airport: The easiest way is to get a taxi (about 35 minutes and £x). From Camberley train station: The easiest way is to get a taxi (about 5 minutes and £x). It is also possible to take a bus, followed by a 10 - 15 minute walk (https://maps.app.goo.gl/y5BAvHu4dPNp7snQ7).
