Location:
The meeting will take place at the lovely Frimley Hall Hotel and Spa, Camberley, Surrey, England: https://www.macdonaldhotels.co.uk/frimley-hall
The hotel includes spa facilities (a swimming pool, sauna and steam room) that we are welcome to use between the hours of 6 am and 9 pm, so remember to pack your swimsuits!
The meeting will run for two full days on Thursday the 22nd and Friday the 23rd of January, with arrival to the venue on Wednesday the 21st of January. Dinner will be provided on Wednesday the 21st at x pm.
The stay includes:
- Two nights of accommodation in a single room
- Two breakfasts
- Two lunches
- Refreshments for breaks during both days of the meeting
- Two three-course dinners in our own private room
- Access to the onsite spa facilities
Getting here:
If travelling by plane, the easiest airport to come to is Heathrow airport. If travelling by train, the closest train station to the hotel is Camberley (South Western Railway).
From Heathrow airport: The easiest way is to get a taxi (about 35 minutes and £x).
