The deadline for in-person registration is 15 June 2026 (two weeks before the conference, coinciding with the deadline of the registration fee payment). The deadline for online participant registration is 26 June 2026 (two days before the conferece, to facilitate timely sharing of the online links).

Following the University of Tartu guidelines in the current international security situation, participation of researchers or students with affiliations to Russian and Belarusian institutions is accepted on the basis of individual invitation only. For the visa requirements, please see the "Travel" section.
