Submission deadline
Conference participants are welcome to submit up to two abstracts: a) oral/poster, b) poster. Due to time limitations not all proposed oral talks might fit into the schedule, and the organisers may have to make a selection asking the remaining contributions to be given in a poster format. The second poster option is meant to give more weight to the poster session overall, and to allow a more comprehensive representation of the current status of the field. The extra poster can be used to extend the oral talk with illustrative or technical details, or to report on another topic that the participant has worked on.
The deadline to submit an abstract in the oral/poster category is 1 May. The oral talks will be selected on the basis of scientific interest as well as diversity. Later submissions will be considered for posters only.
