1. The summer school route includes 2 steps:
1) How to get to Yangzhou city.
2) How do you reach the RAMADA hotel near Slender west lake.
Please check the attached file "summer school route" in the overview page for the details.
2. Suggestions:
1) Please check in in the hotel if you arrive in Yangzhou on 9th May. The on-site registration is during 14:00-20:00 on 10th May.
2) When you check in, please tell the front desk that you come for the summer shool, also tell them name of your roomate if you choose to share double room. Otherwise, they will assign you a roommate.
3) For foreign participants: Before your travelling, please try to download WeChat and/or Alipay in your phone and conbine it with your bank account, then everything can be paid by WeChat or Alipay. 'Big' cash is difficult to be used in many sites unless you have exact exchange. Please make sure your cellphone work in China, or else, we suggest you buy local SIM card once you arrive in airport.
3. To Hangzhou for the conference:
There are 14 trains every day from Yangzhou to Hangzhou, which takes 3-4 hours denpending on the train route. It's suggested to buy the ticket through the APPs “Ctrip, Qunar or Filggy” during the summer school.
