Venue: the Aomori Gen-nen Technology Center (아모리현 핵연료기술센터)
12th Korea-Japan Joint Summer School takes place at Aomori Gennen Technology Center (AGTC) in Aomori prefecture located at the north end of the main island of Japan.
The nearest station is "Ottomo (乙供)" station along "Aoimori Railway (青い森鉄道)", at ~20 min walking distance from the venue. No taxi, bus nor shuttle ban is available between the station and the venue, i.e. you need to walk.
A chartered bus will be available from Aomori Airport on 26-Aug, and to Aomori Airport on 30-Aug (see "Transportation from/to Aomori Airport" below)
Attendee (students)
All the attendee (students) are to stay at the venue, AGTC, in double or triple rooms, to which allocation will be made at discretion of the host.

There is no private in-room bath but large bath houses for men and women in the venue bldg.

One bath towel and one face towel will be provided throughout his/her stay. More towels are available with charges. Laundry mashines are available for free.

The attendee are advised to bring thier toothbrushes, though a limitted number of toothbrushes are available with charges.
Daily meals are served at the venue, AGTC.
07:00 - 08:00 Breakfast, on 27, 28, 29 & 30 Aug.
12:00 - 13:00 Lunch, on 27, 28 & 29-Aug.
18:00 - 19:30 Dinner, on 26 & 28-Aug.
Welcome dinner on 27-Aug and BBQ party on 29-Aug will also take place at the venue, AGTC.
Lecturers
The lectureres are advised to stay at hotels in Misawa city by their own.
A charterd ban will be arranged daily to take the lecturers to / from the venue, AGTC. The daily deperture / arrival times can be found in the "Program" page. The ban departure / arrival place in Misawa city will be at around Hotel Route-Inn Misawa, from which several other hotels can be found in walking distances.
Daily lunches are served at the venue, AGTC, also for the lectureres but with charges (500 JPY per lunch).
The lecturers are kindly asked to join Welcome dinner on 27-Aug and BBQ party on 29-Aug, with charges of 3,500 JPY each.
A chartered bus will be arranged for the attendee (students) and the lecturers who arrvive at / leave from Aomori Airport (AOJ), but only on 26-Aug from AOJ and 30-Aug to AOJ.
