Airport-hotel transportation tips:
İstanbul Atatürk Airport and your hotels are all on the European side. The distances are about 20-25 km.
- The most practical way would be to take a taxi and it will cost about 50-60 TRL to your hotels.
- Another way is to use the airport shuttle (HAVABUS: http://www.havabus.com/)to Taksim which would cost 12 TRL. Taksim is 2.5 km to Marmara Pera or Karakoy Vault hotels and 11 km to Movenpick. Then take a taxi from Taksim which would cost 10 TRL for Marmara Pera and Karaköy Vault, and 30 TRL for Movenpick.
All taxis are yellow caps with taximeters and they give receipts if asked. (receipt is "makbuz" in Turkish)

Transportation between the hotels and the meeting halls:
On Friday morning you will be picked up from your hotels at the following hours:
- 07.45 from Karaköy Vault
- 08.00 from Marmara Pera
- 08.10 from Movenpick
For dinner we will simply walk from within the nice campus to the seaside (20 min.) to take the boat for the meeting dinner. The boat will come back around 23.30 and there will be transportation ready to take you to your hotels.
On Saturday morning you will be picked up from your hotels at the following hours:
- 08.15 from Karaköy Vault
- 08.30 from Marmara Pera
- 08.45 from Movenpick
After lunch at the campus we have arranged a transportation to airport (14.30) with ten seats; we may extend this if demanded hence please write to koray@delano.com.tr if you plan to use this transportation to the airport until Thursday.
