Participation fee
For in-person participation, the registration fee for the conference is as follows:

The deadline for the early fee payments is 31 May 2025, late fees have to be paid until 15 June 2025 (two weeks before the start of the conference). The conference fee includes the following:
- Conference materials and organisational expenses,
- Coffee breaks (1 person),
- Welcome reception (1 person).
The participation fee does not include the excursion and conference dinner. If you would like to participate in the excursion and dinner, or bring an accompanying person to any events, the following additional fees will be charged per person:
- Coffee breaks (coffee, tea, juice, water, fruits, snacks) 30 EUR,
- Welcome reception (snacks, cake, coffee/tea, a greeting drink) 30 EUR,
- Excursion (bus, museum ticket, guided tour, dinner) 70 EUR,
- Conference dinner (three course meal and a glass of wine) 55 EUR.
We hope that for a limited number of students or participants from low-income countries, we might be able to waive the registration fee. If you are interested in this option, please indicate it in the remarks section of the registration form. We do not have funds to cover the travel or accommodation expenses.
For online attendance of the scientific sessions of the conference there is no fee.
Payments
Payments of the conference fee, social events, and accompanying persons can be done by credit card or direct bank transfer via the University of Tartu payments system.
