To support the participation of young scientists, the Giersch Foundation is funding five travel scholarships for early career researchers attending the conference.
Eligible applicants include Master’s students, PhD candidates, and Postdoctoral researchers from all institutions outside of Frankfurt. The scholarship includes a stay at the conference hotel and provides reimbursement of travel costs up to 750 €.
Applicants are invited to submit a short letter of motivation (max. 1 page) as part of the registration process. The letter should briefly describe their academic background, current research focus, and how attending the conference will support their scientific or professional development.
The scholarships aim to foster international exchange, encourage emerging talent, and strengthen the scientific community.
Applications must be submitted by June 27, 2025.
Applicants will be notified by end of July.
