Student/postdoc Lodging:
There are funds available to support lodging for students and postdocs who give talks in individual rooms. To be eligible for these funds students/postdocs must register and submit a talk abstract by 11:59 PM CDT October 22, 2025. Preference will be given to regional theoretical particle physics students/postdocs. However, provided funds are available, we will support the lodging of additional students/postdocs.
After the abstract deadline has passed, the organizers will make reservations for the students/postdocs at the.
The students/postdocs are lodged at the Hampton Inn Lawrence. The address is 2300 W 6th St, Lawrence, KS 66049.
Once reservations are completed, students/postdocs will be notified.
Faculty Lodging:
Deadline: October 30, 2025. There is a block of rooms with king sized beds at Hampton Inn Lawrence in downtown Lawrence set aside for faculty on the nights of November 14 and 15. The rate is $110/night. To reserve:
