Description

In the recent years, several measurements of B-decays with flavor changing neutral currents, i.e. $b\to s$ transitions hint at deviations from the Standard Model (SM) predictions. In addition there are discrepancies with the SM predictions in $b\to c\tau \nu$ decays. The Belle II experiment is a substantial upgrade of the Belle detector and operates at the SuperKEKB energy-asymmetric $e^{+}{e}^{-}$ collider. The present status of measurements at Belle II related to these so called B anomalies will be presented, including a novel search for the $B\to K\nu \overline{\nu }$, $b\to s$ transition.
